Generator Movement - 1A, 1B, 2A and 2BPlanned Maintenance

Description

Beginning tomorrow 8/8/24 all DCX generators will be routed to a new Empire CAT XQ570 Diesel Generator. During this time no power outages or interruptions are anticipated. Both SES and UPS power will be 100% online.

[Update] During the planned maintenance an unforeseeable issue has occurred. There will be no set generator backup until Wednesday, August 14th. Both SES and UPS power are 100% stable and online. We foresee this status changing rapidly as things evolve. We are actively moving into place a temporary backup generator solution. This maintenance status will be updated ongoing until closed.

Fire System Control Valve Replacement - System Test VerificationPlanned Maintenance

Description

The FACP main line to building sprinkler feed was replaced under maintenance two weeks ago. Today the Control Valve for the water flow and a system test (electrical only) will be conducted between the main panel and secondary panel. No interruptions to power, cooling or connectivity are expected.
