IDENTIFIED

The dark fiber provider is in process of remediating the impacted path. DCX OTN service will remain on redundant path during this time.

July 27, 2026 3:57PM MST
IDENTIFIED

The DCX OTN for path B (previously referred to as south path) was experiencing flapping due to an unknown event relating to the dark fiber. The event is causing significant increase in loss but not enough for protection to have automatically engaged. This resulted in unstable flapping service. DCX operations manually engaged protection to cut the circuit over to its redundant path to stabilize service. DCX operations has engaged the dark fiber provider to investigate/remediate the primary path.

July 24, 2026 7:32PM MST
RESOLVED

HVAC technician identified high head pressure causing compressor shut off. Root cause is the extreme temperatures pushing the units outside of their operating bounds resulting in the high head pressure/compressor shut off. Measures have been implemented to reduce the ambient temperature around the units to allow them to operate. Further longer term measures will be investigated and implemented by DCX. Systems are currently operational and environmental are nominal.

July 24, 2026 3:57PM MST
INVESTIGATING

At 2:34pm MST, alerts were received indicating that UPS2A temperatures were increasing. Upon investigation it was found that two of the three units were not functioning. Emergency measures were implemented to manage temperature while working to secure an HVAC technician to diagnose and remediate.

Description

DCX Operations has opened an Emergency Maintenance Window effective immediately. UPS2B HVAC1 and HVAC3 units are struggling to remain operational and provide cooling. An HVAC technician has been dispatched to diagnose and remedy.

June 20, 2026 1:12PM MST
IDENTIFIED

A refrigerant leak has been identified in the condenser coil of one of the three Bard HVAC units serving UPS2A. A replacement condenser coil has been ordered, and repairs will be scheduled upon its arrival. There has been no impact to customer operations.

June 19, 2026 12:33PM MST
INVESTIGATING

As of 10:51 AM on June 19, 2026, Bard Unit 1 serving UPS2A experienced a compressor actuation issue that has reduced its cooling capacity. As a result, temperatures within the UPS2A electrical room have increased, triggering an early warning temperature alarm. An emergency service request has been opened with our HVAC provider, and a technician is scheduled to arrive later today to assess and repair the unit. There is no impact to customer services or operations at this time. We will continue to monitor conditions closely and provide updates as additional information becomes available.

Description

DCX Operations has opened a Maintenance Window effective immediately. Module S101 AHU/Birdcage exterior surface maintenance. No customer impact is expected.
