RESOLVED

Our UPS vendor inspected MMU1 and replaced the faulty vacuum pump associated with the oil leak. UPS2A has been fully restored and is currently operational. No customer impact occurred.

INVESTIGATING

Due to the oil leak, our UPS vendor has advised placing MMU1 into bypass until they are onsite on 8/17/26. As a result, UPS2A is currently operational with reduced system redundancy. No impact to customer service has occurred or is expected.

INVESTIGATING

A minor oil leak was observed on the UPS. A small amount of oil is present beneath the unit, with no indication of rapid loss or impact to current operation. The UPS remains online and functioning normally at this time. The vendor has been contacted and will respond at their earliest convenience to investigate the source of the leak and perform any necessary repairs.
Planned Maintenance Notice - EXPEDITED: Annual Back Flow TestingPlanned Maintenance

Description

DCX Operations has opened a Maintenance Window effective immediately. Annual Back Flow Testing to be performed on all 6 water back-flow valves. Water to the facility will NOT be shut off. Fire system will be put in test mode and returned to service when testing has concluded. No customer impact is expected.
