INVESTIGATING

A minor oil leak was observed on the UPS. A small amount of oil is present beneath the unit, with no indication of rapid loss or impact to current operation. The UPS remains online and functioning normally at this time. The vendor has been contacted and will respond at their earliest convenience to investigate the source of the leak and perform any necessary repairs.

The Bard Unit is experiencing a minor compressor leak at this time. The HVAC vendor has been engaged and will be out to troubleshoot and diagnose this issue next week. At this stage, the unit is operational.
