Attempts at repairs of the edge router were not successful. Continuing to troubleshoot.

[Identified] Partial Service Disruption

A DCX edge router was found to be suffering from hardware failure coupled with incorrect configuration on a redundant edge router resulted in the service disruption. Configuration on the redundant edge router has been corrected and service has been restored although redundancy is in a reduced state. Will continue to troubleshoot the problematic edge router.

Power was restored by the utility provider at approximately 11:38am MST. Continuing to monitor for stability for 30 minutes.

[Identified] Partial Service Disruption

Received notification from power utility provider acknowledging a wider area power outage incident. Utility provider has indicated an ETA for restoration of 12:48pm MST. Customer load transitioned to generator with no observed impact. Impact (being defined a load dropping) is currently limited to office areas which are not supported by UPS or Generator.
